ولايفوتنى ان انبه انه بعد استرجاع ايميلك ان تتخذ الخطوات الاتيه:
1 - تغيير السؤال السرى والدوله المسجل بها .
2 - تغيير كلمة السر كما وضحت سابقا وحفظ التغييرات فى مفكره خارجية حتى لا يسرق مرة أخرى.
3 - إنشاء مجلدين جديدين في الحساب وتسميتهم باسماء تحفظونها .
فذكر اسم هذان المجلدان يساعد في عملية استعادة البريد المسروق

واعتقد ان الوقاية خير من العلاج ابعد عن الايميلات اللى متتوقعش مجيئها حتى لو من ايميل واحد صحبك لان بعكس ما يظنه البعض فالرسالة التى تاتى لاختراق يجب ان تاتيك من ايميل تعرفه وهذا هو عمل التروجان

ثانيا لاتفتح اى مرفق مهما كان

وطبعا توقع دائما ان اى ايميل ياتى لك يحتوى على عنوان مثير لفتحه انه ايميل لاختراقك

ونصيحة ابعد عن الهوتميل والياهو لان ايميلتهم سهلة الاختراق فمثلا عدد الثغرات حتى اليوم فى الهوتميل فى احدث تقرير هى 17 ومن السهل اختراقهم فيفضل البعد عنهم

وارجو ان اكون افدتكم ولو بالقليل
